Montana Outdoor Lake Boudoir Photography

Having your boudoir photos taken surrounded by nature is one of the most liberating experiences you can have.

Not only do you get to enjoy the empowerment that comes along with doing a boudoir shoot, but being outdoors will remind you of the natural beauty within you.

For so many of my clients who do outdoor shoots, privacy is a big concern of theirs. But, all of our outdoor locations are private and secluded so we can make sure you are in an environment that feels safe and comfortable.

Our outdoor shoots take place annually typically in the spring and summer - If you are interested in doing an outdoor shoot, shoot us an email at misty@mistyboles.com and we’ll be able to share our availability with you.

One of my favorite things about our lake shoots is the lighting. The water reflects the light and helps us create radiant skin tones and vibrant colors which makes for some stunning pieces of wall art or spreads in your album (learn more about our collections and payment plan options).

Being out in the open like this can be a vulnerable experience, but after having your hair and makeup done and stepping into your wardrobe pieces, you’ll be been feeling some next-level confidence that will make you forget all about those nerves.

This helps us turn those vulnerabilities and nerves into liberation and empowerment.

The poses that we get to play around with during our outdoor shoots are some of my favorites as well. When we’re in the studio, we can play around with furniture or props but with the open space we have during our outdoor shoots, your body is our focal point.

This is nothing to shy away from.

You are meant to take up space, be the center of attention, and express yourself fully and your shoot is an incredible opportunity to explore what that feels like.
