I want you to know that I see you...

The woman who's struggling with her self-esteem. 

The woman who's battling depression. 

The wife who's trying to hold her marriage together.

The recently divorced. 

The woman who's grieving. 

The girl who's overweight. 

The girl who's underweight.

The mother who's lost herself caring for others.

I see you all. 

And I want you to know that I also see how incredibly powerful, strong, beautiful, worthy, and sexy you are despite what you are going through right now.

You may not feel beautiful but you have the power to shift your perspective and love who you are, inside and out. And, the only approval you need is your own.

When you get ready in the morning, I want you to feel good about the skin that you are in. You are capable of feeling proud af of the woman in the mirror.

Don't spend another day waiting to do this because you don't think you are deserving of this.
