8 Things You Should Know About your Montana Boudoir Shoot
Our Montana boudoir photo shoots are different from any other way of indulging yourself. The experience is the perfect recipe for ultimate relaxation and getting in tune with yourself.
But what does boudoir exactly entail?
Some parts of boudoir are different depending on the client.
At the same time, some of the most exciting elements of boudoir are what stays the same from client to client. Who doesn’t love consistency?
Here are eight things you can expect from any boudoir experience with me:
Who Is The Montana Boudoir Experience For? A boudoir session is for anyone who wants to celebrate their body. Boudoir is a great way to treat yourself to a souvenir marking an important chapter in your life. Graduation, engagement, motherhood, or retirement—there is no reason too big or small to book yourself a session.
What Can You Wear? Your session includes 3 outfits. Lingerie is not the only way to go. I am open to your needs and catering your experience so it’s perfect for you. Clothing options should be tried on before your session. This is one of the ways you can practice reduce possible stress during your session. There is also a nude option included in your package. I encourage clients to try some nude photos because it’s a great way to surprise yourself. It’s also an opportunity to push yourself even further out of your comfort zone.
Payment Options: There are four ways to pay for a Montana boudoir session with me. I want to make sure boudoir is accessible since everyone deserves to treat themselves to this experience. The options are to pay in full, set up a payment plan (pay the sum in full before or after your session), make a boudie bank account, or use PayPal. All clients are required to pay a retainer to keep their date and payment for your session does not include photos.
Hair and Makeup: Hair and makeup is an important part of your session. No need to stress about doing it yourself. Included in your package is a hair and makeup artist that will take this task out of your hands.
How Long Is A Typical Shoot? A session is 3 hours. This does not include the reveal portion where you get to see your photos. You will have to take a short break from your session and come back for that.
What Is A Destination Shoot? Destination shoots are different from my regular shoots because they take place outside of a conventional studio. They are great if you are a returning boudoir client. Since they offer a different experience and an opportunity to push yourself out of your comfort zone in a new way. My next destination shoots are October 13-15 in Whitefish, Montana and December 2-6 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
How Will My Final Photos Look? Photos are retouched at no additional cost. As part of your package, I can edit out any bug bites, acne, or blemishes that are unworthy of being remembered forever. You can also opt out of retouching if that’s what you prefer.
How Many Photos Can I Take Home? During your reveal appointment, you can see 30-50 photos and choose your favorite ones. How many photos you get depends on how you want them delivered to you. You can receive digital or physical photos. If you opt for physical photos they can be delivered in an album, as wall art, and other options are also available!
