Going Nude for Your Boudoir Photo Shoot

For many of my boudoir photography clients, going nude for their photo shoot is a carefully thought-out decision. And for some women, bearing it all in front of the camera is their main reason for booking in the first place!

We are all at different stages with our body confidence. As your boudoir photographer, my job is to meet you where you are at and guide you through the experience that is most aligned with who you are.

Perhaps you are not fully comfortable with the idea of being fully naked with a camera pointed at you, but you want to be. Well, I’ll be there to help you move through those fears and insecurities that may arise and re-direct your focus to the divine natural beauty within you.

Or maybe you are more comfortable easing into things by starting off with a more classic lingerie look, like a teddy or bodysuit, and then stripping down as you feel ready to.

Love, we hold space for it all.

Ultimately, there is no right or wrong way to do your boudoir shoot. All that matters is that you leave the studio feeling more sexy and beautiful than you entered and that you have stunning images to commemorate your body-confidence milestone.

I’ll be honest, having nude photos of yourself taken can feel pretty vulnerable. But the thing is, the more vulnerable you are able to feel during your shoot, while still within your comfort level, the more you will get out of your experience.

So if you are curious about what it will feel like to go nude for your boudoir shoot, or even just a few images, I encourage you to stay open to what empowerment might be on the other side of that curiosity.

I want to share with you some images from my lovely client who decided to go nude for some of her photographs. The results were elegant, timeless, and she was speechless to see her final images.

I hope you enjoy…
