Celebrating the strength, beauty, and diversity of women over 40
As a modern woman it is important to remember we are all beautiful just as we are. Our age doesn't define us, our experiences do! In the words of Isabel Allende: "There is nothing wrong with aging - unless you refuse to age with grace." There’s nothing quite like shining a spotlight on an older woman who is excelling in her career, raising amazing kids, and looking sexy while she does it. By our estimates, there are at least 1.2 billion awesome women over 40 in the world. We want to help show the world what makes THEM so special.
I am inviting all women in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and up to come join me for a one-of-a-kind empowering boudoir photo experience in my Helena Montana studio. Let's start a conversation about the beauty of aging, change the way the world and media define it, and embrace the freedom and confidence to finally be comfortable in our own skin. I hope to bring together a community of amazing women with rich stories and interesting experiences. Women can be a strong force to inspire and empower each other. That is what this project is about. I want to help empower you to see your strengths, personality, and beauty through my camera lens.

This project is about celebrating the beauty of aging and the strength of the female spirit. At this point in your life, you have learned so much about yourself. You have grown as a woman, wife, mother and grandmother. You have taken on challenges and have overcome obstacles along the way to living your best life and embracing all that it offers.
We will capture your unique style and personality in the images. We will also provide a platform for you to share your story and experiences. We want to create a space where you can feel comfortable and safe to express yourself.
At the end of the photoshoot, we will have a special interview with you to discuss your views on being a woman over 40. We may also showcase behind the scenes images and/or video from the day. The images may include before/after images of the glam session. We encourage you to share the post and your experiences with your friends and family.

When I turned 40 it was a huge milestone. I remember being asked the question: "How do you feel about turning 40?"
Well, the answer was, “Pretty fricking good.” My kids were crushing it in school, my business was booming, and I had even started training to run a Spartan Race (if you know…you know)! Do you remember being asked that question? I’m here to tell you—there's no right or wrong answer. That's because the real question isn't how you feel about being 40—it's how YOU feel about YOU. Are you happy with who you are? Do your friends and family love you? If so, then it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks!
But if we're being honest here, we know there are lots of people who will tell us that feeling confident is impossible for women over 40. They'll say that we should be afraid of losing our youth (a concept that doesn't exist) and our beauty (which is subjective). But those people aren't talking about us—they're talking about THEM. And frankly? We don't care what they think either!
The level of confidence and empowerment that comes with seeing that is priceless! This is what I want to share with my clients, I aim to help you see past the number and see your beauty, personality, and strength through my lens.

We will provide professional Hair and Makeup services on the day of your session so you don't stress, just come in, relax and be prepared to be pampered!
Reveal & Ordering
After the photo session we will schedule a reveal and ordering appointment where you can see all of your beautiful images and select one complimentary 5x7" fine art matted portrait of your choice portrait of your choice with the option of purchasing more.
