Why do I shoot boudoir/intimate photography? Because it is fun and every session is different and life affirming! But there is more to it than that.
Life is stressful, and that can make it hard for women to see just how beautiful they are. Myself included! I am a busy lady. I am a mom of 2 boys, a business owner, and workout regularly. Sound familiar? I have never considered myself one of the beautiful people of the world. I’m short and squishy full of freckles, the exact opposite of what the world considers beautiful. I have a mom bod, but I CrossFit and run half marathons. I realize that I may be strong, but I am still squishy. Someday that may change, but then again it might not. So, I am embracing the woman I am now and you should too.
That is my why…I want you to realize that you are “enough” sooner rather than later. Everyone has their own “enough” they struggle with. I want to show you that you are strong enough, beautiful enough, sexy enough, bold enough, and smart enough. You are enough as you are, mess and all, showing up for your life every day. I want you to see what I see…that you are incredible just the way you are, RIGHT NOW!
