#1: To Embrace your ever-changing body:
Changes in our appearance can be a shock to the system at times.
Our society is literally obsessed with youth and as we get older we can start to feel less worthy.
It’s time to reclaim that harsh narrative!
Aging is absolutely beautiful and it’s a natural part of life that we should celebrate.

#2: To archive your womanhood:
I don’t know about you but as I’ve gotten older, I notice I have fewer and fewer images of myself!
My camera roll is filled with images of my children and pets but I’d have to do some scrolling to find an image of myself that’s not an accidental selfie.
As a photographer myself, I make an effort to practice what I preach and get some professional headshots and boudoir images done routinely.
And those photos are some of my most cherished things!
When I look back on them, I see a different version of myself than I might think of myself as on the day-to-day.
I see wisdom, growth, strength, and self-acceptance.
Having images of ourselves is so meaningful. Not just for us but also for our loved ones!
