So much goes into planning a wedding. If you’re a bride, you probably have a ton on your mind between dresses, rings, flowers, linens, cakes, food, dog tuxedos, color schemes, wedding gifts and so much more.
If you’re not yet a bride but have patiently been waiting for your partner to pop the question, our fingers are crossed for you that you’ll have that ring on your finger soon and we’ll be ready to guide you through your bridal boudoir shoot when your time comes.
Our bridal boudoir shoots are one of my favorite kinds of sessions because of the deeply personal and romantic meaning they hold. These sessions are a celebration of new chapters, the new life that you are embarking on with your partner, and so much love.
When thinking about your bridal boudoir shoot, it’s exciting to envision how you might share your images with your partner. Whether it’s something they help you plan or a total surprise!
Let me take one thing off your plate: your wedding and engagement gift.
Before I get into it, I have some exciting news to announce!
I’m going to be a vendor at the 3rd Annual Capital City Bridal Expo on October 2. You can find more information about it here. At the Expo, I’m going to be advertising my Bridal Boudoir packages and I’d love to tell you all about the different options I offer. These make the perfect engagement or wedding gift for your significant other.
Planning a bridal boudoir photo shoot is a great activity to do together as an engaged couple or for your fiancé. You can take a break from the nitty-gritty wedding planning and have some fun celebrating the soulful, romantic side of your relationship.
Maybe you are worried about feeling awkward in front of the camera? Don’t let that stand in your way of treating yourself to this incredible experience… after years of photographing women just like you, I have countless tricks up my sleeve to ease those nerves and make you feel like you belong in the spotlight.
Want to know what some of those tricks are?!
We recently shared out top 5 tricks to help you feel more relaxed in front of the camera on the blog. You can view it here.
Another fun aspect of our bridal boudoir shoot is we can collaborate on ways to represent both you and your partner in the photos to add to the intimacy of your photographs. Maybe your partner can pick out your wardrobe or some special props to help tell the story of who you are as a couple. And, if you’re just looking to make your session about celebrating the last few days of being single, we’re here for that too ;)
I offer a few different packages to help you showcase your stunning images for years to come.
Your photos can be displayed in a luxury, handbound album - which will look great on your coffee table and be a perfect conversation starter for any housewarmings or parties you host as a couple. If you are looking to keep your Images more private, albums can also be tucked away on a bookshelf or under the bed only to be seen on special occasions. Your photos can also live in an Heirloom box. This is a great way to present your photos to your groom or partner on the morning of your wedding. Another way that you can display your photos is as a grand wall display. This can be welcoming as you move into a new home or for a bachelorette/bachelor party!
My most popular package with couples is the Elite Collection. It comes with matching albums so you can each have your own. These may come in handy if either of you goes on a work trip or if you find yourselves in different cities for a long period of time.
Bridal Boudoir Sessions are the perfect opportunity to bond as a couple amidst all your planning.
Plus, the photos can be presented and delivered in a variety of creative ways!
So delete that wedding or engagement gift mood board and book a session with me to take one or maybe two things off your to-do list.
